Daily

Turmeric – half to one teaspoon, with a few twists of black pepper to aid absorbency

Algae Oil, two capsules. We recommend these guys here.

Marine Phytoplankton – 1-2g (2 heaped teapsoons) We use Plankton for Health, who offer a superb quality here.

Chlorella – Pukka do a good version here.
